| I thought an ILT was a sandwich.
But I can't think of a single food item that starts whith an I.
I had never noticed that before.

Well a new year back from 30 degrees F to 80. the brain is warm again. If you categorize the food groups I can think of one right away. You more than likely have it at least once a week, maybe daily. Iceburg Lettuce !!! That invention of man that has almost 0 percent nutritional value and will starve to death anyone who lives on a diet of it. A cardboard breakfast cereal box has more nutrition.
My neighbor almost killed a caged endangered desert tortoise by feeding it that stuff, rather than something like romaine lettuce or spinich. Fortunately that convinced him to turn it over to the local reptile protection agency.
I guess I should not knock iceburg since California sells around a billion dollars of the stuff a year. Yes nothing like an
Imitation Crab and Imitation Shrimp Salad on a bed of 1 calorie Iceberg Lettuce yum yum
