A million replies all of a sudden

| i've been periodically checking the A+ certification forum in the public newsgroups on this site ( http://www.examnotes.net/forums/for...p?s=&forumid=80 )for the past 2 or three months, i've only noticed a few (maybe 7 total) posts in that forum. tonight i checked that forum and there's bunches of new posts, and ones that have been there for months all along that didn't show up when i went to the forum before. did this happen to anyone else here? | |

| i haven't been there for a while. i have that group setup in my outlook express, but rarely visit it via that method either.
i kind of got pissed off with the posts claiming so-and-so was a faggot and so-forth. | |

| I noticed that some our mirrored newsgroup forums stopped updating so I changed the newsgroup server that we use to connect to newsgroups and now everything is back to normal.
That's why you are seeing tons of replies now - because this is how it's supposed to be. I think our old newsgroup server had gone bad, so we are on the new one now. | |
