Repetative Questions

| There are many repeat questions on the forum and I was wondering if anyone thought about having a FAQ section.
I have seen the following many times:
1. How does one become a MCSE/MCSA.
2. Are there any good study guides/books for (CCNA/MCSE/A+)
3. Is 70-210 (70-215, A+, Net+) adaptive?
4. What is the passing score for (A+, 70-210).
5. How do you subnet?
6. Can someone explain crossover/straight through cabling?
7. Can someone explain a VPN?
8. Can someone explain a VLAN?
9. Where can I get brain dumps?
10. What should I do to build my own Cisco training Lab?
In most cases a link would sufficiently answer the questions. Then when someone asks you can just say: “See the FAQ for this section”.
Just a thought. | |

| I have thought about that too. A FAQ would be a good idea. But how many people would actually take the time to look through that first before asking their question? You see so many "what study guides/books are the best" type of questions. | |

Totally agree! | |

| Those answer can be very easy to find on the study guide, reference, textbook and website.
They don't have FAQ, they need lesson on how to use the internet and their resouces. |
