| Well guys, as you can see I have returned to the forum. For those who don't know I recently got my MCSE and I was trying to get some rest... but in an odd twist my cell phone would not quit ringing for work ever since I got the MCSE. I applied for a job online also and got a call back from a lady who was very eager to set up an interview with me! I guess this is is the way the cookie crumbles! With that said I am back to persue a much needed CCNA/ MCDBA certification. I guess freak was right when he said it doesn't stop. You can't just get your feet wet, or half-body wet, you gotta get your whole self in there!

AMDWiZARD, I have followed on most of your posts, I can see that being 20, you have exceptional drive, motivation and desire to succeed. It is great that you have them. Here comes the but... and please do not take it the wrong way, I also understand that I don't know you, all I know is what I read by your posts. I do understand that my assessment can be wrong. I have been in the business for almost 15 years now. I hired a few and fired a few... Most managers will hire a team player and less knowledgabe. Anyway, the message that I want to send you is that Knowledge can be trained and transferred but Personality CANNOT be changed. You need to tone down abit, you never know your future boss may be on this board... Well, good luck on your new studying and job hunting... | |
