Can some one tell me what it means when it shows a foreign address establish to my computer?

I was hacked 2 times in one week.

If you get this in win95, I think it is just someone is sharing your PC's resources. If this is the only PC, then you have a problem, but if you have file and print sharing turned on and more than one PC, it could be your local sharing... However, if you have cable modem, it is possible that others can see you... Get a free copy of zonealarm...
