Author trouble with maibox size in Exchange 2000

Hi guys,

I have 178 users.I'd like to change the mailbox size for some of them.The default size is 15MB and I don't find the option to change it for a particular user to 30MB for example .I can only change the size for all users one time!
Need help please !!!
