What are the chances of getting a job if a person is certified ( any field ) but doesn't have a college Degree?
Are the chances good or slim?or does it depend on which certification the person has?

(example:Im going for A+)

I would think it depends more on the experience you have and what you can do rather than the letters you have behind your name

with a cert, right now, slim but not impossible. a couple of years ago, very good. If you can afford it go to college and get a degree and if you want to, a couple of Comptia certs at the same time, as they are entry level and probably easier to obtain then Cisco/microsoft. hopefully by the time your finished this economy should be on the up.

Also experience, if you can get entry level helpdesk position then go for it.

good luck.
