Is anyone here pursuing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification? http://www.itil.co.uk/

It is supposed to be huge in Europe and major players in the US are starting to adopt it.

I'm interested in hearing some feedback.

I don't know. Have you contacted AndyC yet? You could also do a search for ITIL.

I recently attended a local ITIL interest group. Some of the companies there included Northwest Airlines, Sprint, University of Minnesota (obviously I'm in MN)and a slew of larger local companies.

My research also shows that Microsoft has adopted ITIL in it's Microsoft Operations Framework MOF initiative.

IBM is offering consulting services on ITIL also Compaq/HP is offering training.

I was just wondering if the average techies has latched onto the idea yet.
