Author updating motherboard's BIOS

i have ez11e motherboard, with 750 AMD Duron, the limit for a prossesor is 1.2 on this motherboard. i heard if i flushed the BIOS with a new one i would be able to higher, is that true????
if yes, please can you tell me how, and where can i get it from?

About the best piece of advice I can give you is to check on the manufacturer's web site. That would be the first place I would check.

May heaven help you if that's a Pine Technologies manufactured motherboard. I had so many problems getting a BIOS upgrade from them.

Yeah check the manufacturer's site for the updated bios and you will probably save it to a floppy, boot to the command prompt, and install the update and reboot, sometimes it can be a pain though.
