Okay. Now I have small problem. I found a gif that I want to use but it's saying that it's too big. It needs to be 60 by 60 pixels. How do I get it to that size????

Hardly anybody knows of Irfanview, really cool, and small. The developer (a Bosnian refugee who moved to Australia) has never asked for any money and has millions of downloads : )

Okay Guys! Thank you. Yep, I should do love the support I get even if it's something as trivial as my Avatar. The Irfanview did the trick. Thanks everyone.
