| When attempting to set up Win 98 SE, I got this bizaare error message: SU0013
This message claimed Win 98 could not be set up. It stated that if I was using HPFS or NTFS I would have to create a DOS boot partition. (I am not, I'm only using plain old FAT16.)If I was using a LANtasic server or SuperStor comperssion. (I'm not using any of these.) to disable them.
Thank You for responding,

| Has the machine ever had NTFS on it before? I've run into that many times and had to run the NT4 setup and choose FAT32. Then, I reformat and run the setup for win98SE. Works for me everytime. | |

| Well, I tried booting from the installation floppy disk as opposed to directly from the cd-rom. This actually worked.
Thanks anyway,
