Anyone doing anything exciting over the Memorial Day holiday weekend? I think I just might get out of the house and attend a memorial service at our National Cemetery.
After all, Memorial day is for remembering those who served our country. It's not just a day off from work.

Yeah, this is true. I remember the days when I always had to work on holidays. No fun at all.

You got that right. No rest for the weary. Anyway, it could be worse. One of my coworkers' husband is being shipped off to Afghanistan . . .

Now that's a place I wouldn't want to visit anytime soon. I hope it all ends soon but there's likely little chance of that. This Memorial Day we'll be remembering those who have died in Afghanistan as well.

Agreed on both counts.

For those of us without jobs, everyday is a holiday (sort of)

I will be studying and cheering for the Celtics this weekend! My goal is to have the 70-210 exam behind me before July 11th. There, now that I've put it in writing in this forum I'll likely stick to it

Yeah, I'd like to see the Celtics beat the Nets too. That would be cool. It would be VERY cool if the Kings beat the Lakers. I dislike the Lakers.

70-210 is my next exam. I'll probably be taking it in late June.

I say the best thing about the possibility of the Lakers meeting the Celtics in the finals will be the vintage footage of the early 80's. Paul Pierce has been a great boost for the team. You never know what kind of food you might get at the hotel in Boston, Kobe

Go Kings!

Go Celtics (my home team)!

Going to be in the parade with the rest of the veterans.

Dang! The Lakers are getting beat pretty bad tonight! Maybe it'll be the Celtics vs. the Kings.

Watching TV, studying, and eat

Last Night Laker got real "LUCK" and they did try very hard to catch up the 20 pts different. That's what I called a real "NBA" GAME.

Amazing shot by Robert Horry, I have to admit. I'd rather have seen the Kings go up 3 - 1 in the series though.
