| Hehe, well, I'm not sure that VMS's market share is that significant. Even though it's not really a *nix IMO that would fall under the Linux/Unix forum since it is an alternative OS. | |

| Yeah, I guess you're right. Although I no longer think it appropruate to call Linux an "alternative operating system". Nowadays even people who don't like it need to know it same as with Windows. Almost every web server I have ever worked with was running on Linux. Plan9, BeOS, Amiga, Genera, and Stella, on the other hand, might be contenders for Alternative OS's. Anyway, can't blame me for asking. |
