i'm logged in and when i try to download a study guide from cert21 i get the login window-register now i've already activated my acount. whats happening ?

are you talking about when you purchase the product or are you trying the sample question database?

When it doesn't come out also, keep clickin the refresh icon on your browser. That always works for me
