| Well actually... I swear this type of stuff freaks me out. I know the girl, I know her teachers, I know her teachers' teacher. There is this organization right, they prepared that girl for the exam and everything just so their org can get famous. That is what they did and now I think their organization has contracts with some asia countries to launch their java schooling crap. It's really bunch of bullshit. I am not even gonna say anything, Nope wont do.
She has 2 other younger sisters and I am 95 percent sure that they did their java exams too. It's nothing for them to pass those so called "online exams". | |

| well guys to pass the exam & to do job both are totally different things . One of my friend he is very good in programming and he teaches his kid who is only 11 or 12 years old . And that kid is very good in programming also even from some fresh candidates . So this depends on intrest e.g a kid can play & learn a new video game very well in a short period of time IF he is intrested in that . Same is the case with all of us . I think so you got my point | |

| What is the point of a 12 year old getting a certificate? Aren't they pretty much for the purposes of career advancement? I'm sure a 12 year old could pass the drivers test too, but they can't legally drive, so who cares?? Seems kind of pointless to me. The idea of using it for advertisements sounds about right to me... | |

| If (s)he's a competent programmer then IMO that's great. I passed the A+ exams when I was 16. Admittedly, that's not nearly as impressive but I wasn't a "paper A+". I knew how to repair PCs and had a good grasp of all the material. | |

| On programming you don't have to get a certification just show the employer what you got,did you guys notice that the certification for programmer is not booming.I wish i know how to program C/C++ so i don't to go to this certification stuff | |
