| Since yesterday I always get a popup-window when I move around your site:
Are you sure you don't want to register?

I am registered (or not?) and this popup is quite "disturbing" - is there a trick to get rid of it?
Or am I alone with this phenomenon? HELP!

| Me, too. I figured it was my security settings, but it's nice to see others are having the problem. | |

| THanks for letting me know. Yes, we've changed something in the software to recognize registered users by setting cookies when you first register or when you login.
OK, everybody who has this problem, please click on the logout link on the forum home page, close all open browser windows, then open just one browser window and login again with your ID and password.
It's best if you login from the home page at www.examnotes.net (not from forum home page)
Let me know if this helps.
If it does not help, please let me know also and I'll tell you a different solution.

| I was just explaining that this pop-up box will not appear to registered members. If you are not registered yet, just register and this pop-up will go away.
Besides, it does not appear on every page, only when you leave the site or when you try to post and/or reply.
Basically if you are not registered, you can't post or reply or vote or download exam notes anyway, so it just doesn't make sense not to register - it's easy and free.
Examnotes.net is a virtual community, totally free, all we only ask that people register.

| Thanks Webmaster, much better now ...

hmm .. this pop up came every time when I changed or refreshed a forum, not only when leaving or posting.

| Yes, when you use the browser's refresh button, it will appear, but it will not appear when you click on most of the links on the forum.
Anyway, I'm glad that simply loginout and then back in have solved this problem for you.
