You can attach the file to a post if it's .doc or .zip. Just use the "attach file" section of the posting page.

Unless it's a privacy issue in which case you can take your name off before you post it.

OK, having looked at it I already don't like the "promoted to" stuff in there. Promotions are pretty self evident. I don't think you need to say that you were promoted.

I might shorten the objective a little. In fact, according to that article that someone posted in a different thread, you might not even need the objective.

Otherwise it looks fine.

I would move your certifications to the top. I used to have mine on the bottom, until I went to a career fair and watch almost every recruiter miss the fact that I had them. Moving them to the top makes them easier to find, and your resume less likely to get tossed.

Drop the "withheld". Also include the companies you worked at.

I agree with Kasor. You need to check out some links on resume formatting. Or at least, open up one of Word's resume templates and use that.

Also, not to get nit picky, but DOS isn't a NOS, and I don't think you need to differentiate between Win2k Pro & Server, its pretty much the same.

Keep in mind that he probably removed his name and other personal information for the purposes of this eval. With that in mind it fits a resume format pretty well.
