new private messages not appearing

| Hi, recently when I get email about a new private message that is waiting for me, when i go to my private message board, I can't see the message. I got atleast 3 private messages since a few days ago (maybe a week) and they aren't appearing. Does anyone know what is happening, or who i can contact about this?

| It's possible that someone recalled a message after it was sent to you.
ALso, make sure you don't have over 50 PMs in your box counting sent and received messages together. | |

| Thanks for the response Webmaster.
I counted and had 34 PMs in my box counting sent and received messages together. I have now deleted some messages.
Is message size also a contributing factor?

i get that also...mine will say i have new messages but will say 0 unread, which means i got new messages since the last time i was logged in but i read them already. you have to look at the number of unread messages to determine if they're really new or not. |
