Anybody have good ideas on where to find the best "REAL" IT jobs on the market. Like Computerjobs.com which use to be a good site.

Mostly, in my experience, having some headhunters (consultant places looking for you for jobs) was the best thing in a large metropolitan area. Saves you the run around, they tend to know more of the IT locations and who and when they are hiring.
