| for $ 15 an hour? HELL NO!
I can go to the Beach collecting aluminum cans and make more money!
No, seriously, with knowledge and certifications like the one's required, you can ask more money than that. I know, times are tough, but give me a break....If i had the knowledge required ( which i don't), i'd ask for at least $35.
just my $0.02. | |

| Why do you need a degree in computer science to do tech work?
Man, by those standards, I'm doing great!

| is it just me or does these ads seem common place, expect you to be a specialist in everything and ( the final indignity ) offer a pittence wage. | |

| Its a bit of a disillusionment for many with all the required qualifications. I'm afraid even the Big Guy upstairs would have trouble getting the job, even if he can work miracles. The economy drives the market... | |

| i would be afraid to apply for that one even if i had those skills and qualifications. that's just too demanding, IMO | |

| $15-$16.50 for a contract position with those kind of requirements? No way! I don't even qualify for that job and think the pay's unacceptable. | |

Sounds like a Government starting pay scale. But For for a contract position it's definitely an insult.

| I bet you this is a job ad that has been toned up by some agency lunatic. They think they know it all just trying to impress an employer. This is not strange as it's common ad in the UK. The act of agencies, I call them a bunch of sales people driven by greed and their commissions period. Jack of all trade and a master of none. Just my humble opinion. |
