Netscape Alert Message

| Hi,
Don't know if anyone can help with this but I thought I'd give it a try.
I've never used Netscape much but my father does and he's getting an alert message that I don't know what, if anything, he can do to get rid of it besides xing out. The message says "This document contains no data". I've done a google search and although it's mentioned I haven't really gotten a good idea about why it's occurring and if we can get rid of it. The OS is Windows XP Pro.
If anyone has any thoughts I'd love to hear them.

| This can be for a range of things - hardware, ISP service, network traffic. Try refresh button.
Netscape 7.0 is impressively quick, faster than IE 6.0 considerably. You can fine-tune its performance by choosing tools from the menubar. | |
