Author printer wanting diff paper

I have a user who's trying to print to a HP LJ5, every time he prints, the display on the printer ask if he wants A4 from tray2(should be letter). I scrolled through the settings and found an option for tray1 but not tray2. I also checked the printer properties in Win2000. Denmark (our Corp HQ) uses this A4 style but not us. Anybody have a clue?

I figured it out. I went to print an email from Outlook; File->Print->window pops up->Properties->Layout->Advanced->and selected Letter.
