well the problem is :let say I listen something trough the real player-so it means the data is sending-but when I'm in Internet explorer it often blocks ,freezess every 2 or 3 minutes for a 10-15 sec.when I want to open some link sometimes it just frezze but it's not problem in connection.Please HELP ME!!!

It depends on your environment. If you have a proxy server between you and the web, make sure you have the appropriate settings. You make have an antivirus program that is actively scanning the web. Do you actually get to the web sooner or later or does it time out or page not found?

well I have pc-chillin real time scan on and yes the page opening is actually always done sonner or later

You could test web responsiveness by temporarily turning of the web functionality?
