As mentioned on the CIW board, my company is looking for CIW trainers in the following Midwestern (and Texan) cities: Chicago, St. Louis, Columbus, OH, Indianapolis, Dallas. If you are a CI and you live in any of those cities, e-mail me at kolyan@mindspring.com.
