| Hey all,
We use Imail and one of the customers has a problem which seems little bit strange to me.
The customer says that while they are composing a mail after 5 minutes the webpage expires on send , attach or any other action.
I created a test user on their domain and i am having no problems as i am running a test from my place. I have a feeling this has to do with their browser settings or something but i am not sure....

| Maybe if they have a dial-up connection, while they are typing in the message the connection disconnects due to inactivity.
Since no information is being sent before they hit send, the connection thinks someone is just setting there.
In Win98 you can set this if you go to:
Control Panel - Internet Options - Connections - (Choose a connection) - Settings - Advanced - Disconnect if Idle for ** Minutes.
