| Set up Outlook to receive his mail then go to OL Express and click Tools, Options, click the Mail tab and remove the account.
If I were you I would also de-install OL Express and banish it forever from your workplace!!!

| You can open Internet Explorer
and go to:
Tools -> Internet Options->Programs Tab.
Then you can select Outlook
for the default Windows Email Client.

| Hi Ando,
I agree with Dagger. Refer to Technet article Q223877.
Also, I wouldn't remove Outlook Express, because Outlook and Outlook Express are intertwined and share files. Removing Outlook Express will most likely create errors upon starting Outlook stating that Outlook Express is required and you may also see OLE error messages as well.
Technet articles Q255029, Q230063, Q287683, and Q212991 are good reads as well.
