Thanx to everyone who has voted so far.

Has anybody read the Minasi "Mastering 2000 Professional/Server" books ? Do you recommend them for studying the MCSE 2000 track ?

a good series of books. if you want to learn the stuff deep down, go for them.. they also make for good reference. don't rely on then solely for study though. get you something that will ask you some questions.

If you are buying these as a core 4 set you have little choice, however I think there is something to be said for choosing your publisher depending on the book. For eg I found Dummies 70-210 much better than the M$ Press book, but Dummies 215 is a complete disaster.

I have heard that New Riders 217 is very good.

No book has all you need for 216, but the MS ebook is definately a godsend when you are trying to hunt down a fact.

For everybody, first i think was a great idea about the pulling, any way, i went trough the whole track already, with MOC, but i don't recomend MOC, Sibex i think is one of the best ones, i have win200o pro and win2000 server those books help me a lot......now if you want just to pass the exam, and became mcse in a short time, Troytec is the best....

Difficult to say. They all have Pro/Con!!

Also depend on your experience. Sometime a good book for a Professional, it don't mean it is good for the new user, right.

Though I use the MS MCSE Training Kit books coupled with the Readiness Review Books/CD it may not be everyones choice.

What you need to do is find the book that suits you - explanations you understand aqnd once you are happy stick with it!!
