| Here are the steps I would take to determine:
Try booting to safe mode, is it green in there? Also, try going into your BIOS, if it still has a green tint in the BIOS, my best guess would be that it's the monitor. If it's good in BIOS, try uninstalling/reinstalling the display adapter drivers.
Oh yeah, before all that, try adjusting your monitor settings on the buttons on the front, those sometimes get messed
If all fails, try another monitor on the computer, that'll determine whether it's a bad video card or not.
That's my best guess, hopefully fixing computers all day has some benefit... | |

Agree
The monitor, video card and the drivers all can do this.I always start out easy.
1) Safe mode first.
2) Trade the monitor
3) Tade thevideo card

| I had a Viewsonic 17PS that would turn blue on me. I called Viewsonic and they said the blue electron gun was overfiring. So I had to send it in for repairs. Luckily it was still under warranty, otherwise it would've costed me an arm and a leg. I would definately try the mentioned troubleshooting first before you spend the money though. | |

| Make sure all cables are connected properly as a loose cable once gave me a yellow screen.
Everything above is what I would try too. |
