| I am researching some areas of business to understand how they work.
How does Monster.com, headhunter.net and other job sites make the Dollars?
1. Do they charge companies for resume access? Do the companies pay anything to see resumes or submit jobs?
2. What other avenues do they make the money out of besides advertisement?
Number 1 is my main question! Are they charging companies anything? | |

| Yes, I think they charge the companies. | |

| Most money will come from advertising and companies paying to view possible candidates. Sometimes, companies will pay a "finders fee" to Monster.com etc. if they use a candidate from their site. |
