| I have this situation: 1 Win NT server, 10 win 98 workstations, connected by a hub. I am getting cable Internet through a cable modem, with 6 possible dynamic IP addresses. I want to use a router between the modem and the hub. how can I configure this so I can give internet access to 6 computers? | |

| Alternatively you can set it up so the Internet access is shared across the netowrk by using a proxy server.
If you need some more info, conact me through SCITS
Good Luck | |

| sammy,
you could upgrade your NT box to 2k, slap another NIC in it, and use the Internet Connection Sharing built in....or search the web for NAT1000, or some other type of software that will do NAT. | |

| The best thing and simple way to solve this issue is using cable/DSL router like Gareth Leung stated. |
