I was just wondering what I need to get. See, I'm studing to get A+ certified on my own and I was just wondering if anybody could tell me what I needed, like books or anything else that could help. If someone could tell me then I'll go and get them ... and stuff.

The main thing is to have a PC and screwdriver. As far as books go, I used the "All in One" book written by Mike Meyers and thought it was very good.
