| Hey guys,
I have a really short question. A friend of mine has taken the (70-064), exam for MCSE NT 4.0, a couple of years ago. Does that make him MCP ? Or you have to take other tests to become a Microsoft Certified Porfessional?

| Yes, I understand that the exam retires,
and he has to take another one to keep his MCP status, but I heard somewhere that you had to take two tests to become MCP, and one of them should be an elective.
So Gareth, In other words you are saying he is a MCP?

Yep. 70-064 is for Windows 95 and is retired.

| You are a MCP still until the end of the year. But you will need to take another valid MS test to regain MCP status in Microsoft eyes. You can take Win98 or Win 2000 exam to regain mcp status. I took the windows 70-064 exam also. I probaly will take win 98 so that I keep mcp status by the end of the year. Anyways I will still list this exam on my resume regardless if it is expired or not |
