I think it has nothing to do with the netbios
I think there is some procedure in SMS that I have to do, but i don't no what.
I have searched in the technet cd's,

| well, I think I have your answer, it is not possible to change your SMS servername without installing a new site. You can't use your backup from your old server named sdssb12. So the only thing for you to do is to install a complete new SMS server and collect everything you want again
