Has anyone here taken the Designing and Implementing Commerce Solutions with Site Server 3, Commerce Edition (70-057) exam?

I'll probably be sitting it in a couple of weeks, and would really appreciate any suggestions on the best way to tackle this exam. I read somewhere that the pass mark for this exam is only around 50%, but that the exam is v. hard!

I have the "Beginning Site Server 3" and "Professional Site Server 3 Commerce Edition" books (by Wrox). Does anyone know of any other worthwhile resources for this exam?
