Hi I was wondering if there were any resources for people taking the applecare technician training certification? I am already apple certified and have the study material from apple. My co-worker is working on his certification and he is brand new to macintosh computers. Are there any other resources available to help him prepare for this test?

You might want to ask SomeGuy . . . I don't think he is working on any Apple certs, but he works with Macs I think, and may be able to point you to someone who might be able to help. Too bad CompTIA got rid of the Mac option for the OS part of the A+ . . .

Yeah I actually took the Macintosh Elective when it was part of the A+ exam. The training information from apple is the same information I have already. I just can't seem to find any other information on the tests. The actual apple certification has changed since I took it back in 1999.
