Does anyone know how to convert gif formats to ico formats so they can be used as Windows icons?

There are some file conversion programs out there. I just did a search on download.com and was able to find a freeware program called imagoWeb that could probably do this.

Thanks. Actually what I did was change the file to a bitmap, since that is Windows native file format, I figured it should be OK, and it seemed to do the trick. The Active Desktop could probably do the trick as well, but this was Windows NT. Anyway, thanks for the tip.
