Windows 2000 and software installs

| I am trying to install a program on a Windows 2000 Professional OS. The install Shield comes up and goes to 100% but then does nothing. I can sit and wait at the desktop but nothing comes up. Any suggestions on what the problem might be? (I'm not very proficient with Win2K) | |

| Have you made sure it is compatible with windows 2000?
Is it this program in paticular or other software as well? | |

| I can install it on other windows 2000 workstations but this one in particular. they are the same setup but I don't know much about 2000. |
