Moving around in forums

How do you move from one thread to the next? I've been opening each thread in a different window, and then reading all the replies. When I get to the last reply, I look for a way to get to the next thread; but there's nothing I can see to accomplish this. Any ideas?

Above each post there is a menu similar to the one I posted here. Click on the heading you want and you can backtrack. You can also use your browsers back button or the history list.
