| Does it not print normally?
If it is a pdf then that is the whole purpose of it -print.

| If your E-Book (which I do not have, either) is opened with a browser and you open the .pdf attachment (with acrord32.exe), you must use the print icon within the Acrobat Reader to print the file in its entirety. Otherwise you will only be able to print the first page using the print icon in your browser. | |

| I think the file is protected. I have to use the CD rom to read it and the print option is grayed out. Any tips??? | |

| I never heard of that happening...
If they blocked it then I don't see a way to print it besides just doing screenshots and printing the images.  | |

| I've had this happen as well. I came across one companion CD-Rom where not only was the print option grayed out, but you had to use the installed program to access the PDF. If you tried to bring up the PDF directly from the disc into Acrobat, you would be prompted for a password. | |

| You need to print it as a image file. |
