Author We are now on the new server

Ok! Looks like the DNS records has been updated and now point to our new server.

This should result is faster server response and gives us a lot of room for growth. Hopefully we don't have to upgrade our server for a year or so. We now have dual PIII 850, 1G ram and 2 SCSI HD, 9 GIGS each.

Looks like everything went smoothly with the transfer of the site and the forum.

Other that freak losing 180+ post in his post count we have not encountered any problems.

I am now beta testing the new forum software and plan to upgrade our forums early next month.

The new forum will have tons of new features, and in addition I am working on adding a few custom features to fit our site's needs.

Webmaster, I was having a problem getting into the forums yesterday afternoon. I was able to get to the homepage, and to the main forum page, but not anywhere beyond that. Everytime I clicked on a forum I got a message saying that that forum doesn't exist. I tried pasting in the address to the address bar, and changing examnotes.net to the ip address that the forums had been directed to and was able to get to the forums fine. It was as if the DNS hadn't propagated to my ISP yet and I was still on the old server. Everything works fine now though.
