Author Style Set

I have my style set to Slow Connection and it displays the yellow & green background but when i log off and back on it goes back to the regular white, gray, & blue - is there someway i can keep it at the yellow green or do i have to go in and change it everytime i log in? Also how do i change the little phrase under my member name on posts?

I pmed the Webmaster but no response

go to profile ---> edit profile ---> Custom User Text:
(here u can change your 25 character title)


i too have noticed sometimes i recevie email that some one has post a reply to me though no one has replied to me and i too have not posted any message at that thread

attach file too is not working properly


i mailed to webmaster but he did'nt reply.
