Customers screaming, boss calling from Europe, what the &^%$ is going on!!! Just me and my lonesome trying to figure out why a server that is clear as day pingable on the net, browseable and everything else wasn't available to it's partner web server...
And then the proverbial pieces of the puzzle started to come together, and as it turns out our DHCP server hung up and I rebooted it. The server in question somehow had TWO ip addresses assigned to it, which it needed a static IP anyway. So fixed the scope, assigned it it's static IP address that the web server was looking for and happy happy everywhere : )

Why did I give up drinking and smoking, I deserved a good one after that.
