Author comp boots to weird appearance

I have a computer that sometimes boots to a diff scheme that what it normal boots to. It would boot to the Scheme-High Contrast extra large and the icons would be huge. This only happens about once every four boots. Once it does boot like this, you can just change it back to Windows Standard but it will just reoccur again in the next couple of bootings. Anybody have an idea what the problem is?

You probably have it set to "choose random theme @ startup".
