| A job that pays well but you don't get as much toys to play with.
or
A job that pays poor but you get lots of toys to play with.
Of course there are other factors such as do you have a family, bills, etc... but what would you choose?

|
| I pick the great pay job! | |
|
| Well, if you think that the lower paying job will give you access to toys that will further your career down the road more, then go with that one. A good paying, low experience-building job is worth less in the long run than a low paying, major experience one.
Being stuck in the former, I'd gladly trade for the latter in a heartbeat. | |
|
| I'd go for the toys . After all, that's why we're in this field, right? Plus like Cresent said, you'll probably do better in the long run by having experience with the toys. | |
|
| I am struggling with that myself at the moment, but I would leave and go for the toys!
Take what gives you the most learning potential, just make sure your bills are covered.
Also it depends on the "toys". How hot are they? Will it get you a better ground later?
If yes than what are you waiting for - JUMP
Hope this helps,
