Help! We currently use Outlook 98 clients with Exchange Server 5.5 SP1 (clients' O/S=WinNT 4.0 & W95). Every single time I make a change to any of our existing custom forms and publish it/them to our Organizational Forms Library, some clients' frmcache.dat file becomes corrupt. This file has to be renamed, and their Outlook relaunched after a reboot. In some cases, this fix doesn't work at all, forcing us to reinstall all software (we use drive imaging). I'm so tired of chasing this problem around; can anyone help?

Thanks,
Anet

OutLook is a pig!! There are far too many adjustments available to the user. Most of my exchange/outlook issues are due to users setting up filters and storing their inbox on their own hard drive.
