ExamNotes Forum and Outlook Express

| How would I set up Outlook Express to read messages in the ExamNotes Forum. I have my NewsGroup Subscription setup with examnotes.com as the server name and I get this error when I try to download messages:
Configuration:
Account: ExamNotes Forum
Server: examnotes.com
User name: Akiko
Protocol: NNTP
Port: 119
Secure(SSL): 0
