| I was reading through my Microsoft Network Essentials Plus Third edition (wanted you to know were it came from)p316. It is talking about FDDI Token passing. Then talking about how 10 computer can transmit at the same time. How can this be if it is a Token environment.
This is really confusing me. I need some answers.
Thanks,

| FDDI toden ring is different from ordinary token ring. The main difference is that it can have more than one token in the ring at the same time.
I am not sure about 10 tokens, but I suppose it is possible. | |

| Thanks for the info!!
I have read many sources. I have not found that info. Can you please provide a reference other than the Network essentials book, so I can study up on it more.
Thanks again,
