Due to curiosity, I would like to where can I find how many A+ certified people, MCSE, CCNA etc worldwide? Thanks

| There are about 150,000 for A+, 230,000 for MCSE, and I'm not sure how many CCNAs. I'd like to find out as I'm going after it right now.
