Author New CompTIA Certs?

2000-12-20, 4:15 pm

I visited CompTIA's website today and as soon as I got there, I was greeted with a popup survery asking which of the following certifications I would be most interested in seeing: Broadband, Wireless, XML, or Project Management. It seems that they are planning a whole barrage of new certifications to be offered in the near future.

Randy,

Thanks so much for the heads-up. I had stopped visiting the CompTIA site because I have all of its certs that I want. However, the XML sparks my interest.....looks like I can't rule out CompTIA after all.

You're a very helpful and friendly moderator. Have a great Holiday season!

Thanks! I still check the site out every now and again because I am kind of interested in the Linux+. I thought I would mention the survery in case it sparked anyone else's interest.

I have the CompTIA treasurer in my Proxy class this week, and he confirmed their hightened interest in Linux+ and Server+ for the future. He didn't mention anything about those other classes...
