Ok, but i looked and it just does a continous set of beep like 1 beep, then 15 seconds late another and then so on, like FOREVER! Agh , but my dad thinks that its probably grounded or its getting shorted somehow, weird, i took everything out of my old Dell case and put it into a new one, nothings changed, just i added a DVD player but that wouldnt do anything!

This probably should have been added under your Dell thread in the Hardware Forum. Anyways, what is the desktop model number of the Dell that you you moved?
